By booking or using services from Bayside Auto Detail & Tint, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Pricing

All published prices are starting prices. Final pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, and selected add-ons. Additional fees of $30 (SUV/Truck) or $45 (3-Row/XL) apply to detailing packages. Paint correction and ceramic services may add $50–$100 depending on size and condition.

Cancellations & Reschedules

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Service Area & Access

Mobile service requires a safe, legal place to park and reasonable access to your vehicle. We are fully self-sufficient — no water or power required from you.

Liability

We treat every vehicle with care, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, sensitive aftermarket components, or items left inside the vehicle. Please remove valuables before your appointment.

Weather

For your protection and ours, we may reschedule outdoor services in severe weather.

SMS / Text Messaging

SMS Program Description: The Bayside Auto Detail & Tint SMS program sends transactional and service-related text messages to customers and prospects who opt in through our quote request form, booking form, or by texting us directly. Message use cases include: quote replies and follow-ups, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service/status updates, and (only if you separately opt in) occasional promotions or specials.

By providing your mobile number and opting in through our quote request form, booking form, or by texting us directly, you agree to receive SMS messages from Bayside Auto Detail & Tint, including quote replies, appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (typically fewer than 10 messages per month).

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges from your wireless provider may apply to each message sent or received. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP", we will send you a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and all major U.S. carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's transmission and coverage.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to opt in to and use the SMS program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you represent that you are 18 or older.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile information (including phone numbers and consent) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

Separate, optional opt-in: SMS consent is a separate, optional action collected through a dedicated unchecked checkbox on our quote and booking forms. It is not bundled into these Terms or our Privacy Policy. Agreeing to these Terms does not constitute consent to receive SMS, and declining SMS will not affect your ability to receive service from us.
